abOUT US:
Our mission is simple: let artists focus on being artists.
Somewhere along the way, the industry shifted its attention away from creators and toward intermediaries. Our role is to strip away that noise, remove unnecessary middlemen, and work directly with artists & brands to listen, understand, and bring their visions to life.
We’re a collective of music-industry veterans who have lived every side of the touring and production world. Our team isn’t made up solely of managers and technicians — many of us have been artists ourselves and know what it’s like to stand under the lights. Others have spent years behind the scenes advancing tours, managing production, and ensuring every detail supports the artist’s performance. Together, we understand the creative process from inception to encore.
Built on real-world experience, we’ve cut our teeth in clubs, festivals, and arenas, working alongside artists such as Green Velvet, Nina Kraviz, Common, Joe Fresh Goods, Shermanogly, and many others. Supporting artists of this caliber has given us a clear understanding of what it takes to keep tours running smoothly while protecting the artist’s energy, focus, and creative intent.
From touring and logistics to full-scale production, we handle the operational demands that can distract from the music. We manage travel, venues, advancing, crew, equipment, and on-site execution so artists can stay locked in. Our teams oversee everything on and around the stage— ensuring each show reflects the artist’s vision, not just a checklist.
Beyond the stage, we help artists connect more directly with their audience. We curate merchandise pop-ups, brand collaborations, and immersive fan experiences that extend the artist’s world beyond the performance itself. These moments are designed intentionally — not as marketing noise, but as authentic extensions of the artist’s identity.
Why Three-Headed?
Because we exist to support the artist, not overshadow them. We listen first, execute with precision, and take responsibility for everything outside the music — so artists can focus on becoming exactly who they’re meant to be

MIKE BALL
PARTNER
Born and raised in the Chicago Loop, Michael Ball has always lived at the intersection of music and event production. He began producing underground raves in the mid-1990s, booking iconic Chicago House DJs and learning firsthand how to observe, adapt, and execute under pressure—skills that became the foundation of his career.
That same ability to manage “organized confusion” carried him into a 16-year run on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade, where he worked multiple roles across some of the world’s largest trading pits. The intensity, precision, and high-stakes decision-making of the CBOT proved directly transferable to large-scale event production.
In the early 2000s, while still at the CBOT, Michael shifted his focus fully toward music. He began tour managing for former Atlantic Records artists Kill Hannah, completing two world tours. Tour management became the gateway to his true calling: Artist Relations and Hospitality. His first AR leadership role came in 2011 as Director of Artist Relations for Wavefront Music Festival, managing all 107 performers—many of the world’s most influential DJs. Since then, he has helmed Artist Relations programs for major domestic and international festivals eight times over 14 years, establishing a reputation that’s recognized throughout Chicago and beyond.
In January 2025, Michael co-produced his first festival from the ground up: Destination Unknown in Tulum, Mexico, featuring more than 30 Chicago House DJs—an unprecedented all-Chicago lineup headlined by Green Velvet, Gene Farris, DJ Heather, and Felix da Housecat.
Michael continues to tour manage for high-profile artists worldwide. For over a decade, he has also served as Clientele Hospitality Director for Chicago venues including Soundbar—the city’s largest nightclub—and the legendary 30-year-old Spybar. He additionally owns one of Chicago’s largest recording studios, a creative incubator for DJs prioritizing music production. Michael credits several key mentors for shaping his career, including Marciano Agabon, Kamal Soliman, Claudia Gassel, Greg Corner, and Dominique Brown.

BRIAN SARGIS
PARTNER
Brian is a Chicago-bred creative whose career reflects a natural evolution from artist to architect of experiences. With more than 15 years immersed in the city’s music scene, he began behind the turntables as a DJ, mastering the art of reading a room, moving a crowd, and building nights people remember long after the music fades. That foundation as an artist gave him a deep, intuitive understanding of energy, timing, and emotional connection—elements that would later define his work far beyond the booth.
What started as a passion for DJing quickly expanded into producing his own events, where Brian took control of not just the music but the full experience. From there, his role grew organically into artist management and production leadership, overseeing everything from nightclub programming to large-scale festivals and multi-day experiences. His ability to see both the creative and operational sides of a project has made him a trusted figure for artists, promoters, and venues alike.
Over the years, Brian has earned a reputation for seamlessly blending creative vision with disciplined, forward-thinking logistics. He brings the instinct of an artist and the precision of a producer—ensuring that every detail, from talent coordination to technical execution, aligns with the larger vision. Known for his calm under pressure and solutions-driven mindset, Brian consistently transforms ambitious ideas into cohesive, high-impact realities.
At the core of his work is a simple philosophy: great events are felt, not forced. By combining deep cultural fluency with hands-on production expertise, Brian continues to shape experiences where artistry, organization, and atmosphere move in perfect sync.
